About your profile:
You have at least 5 years of experience managing projects in a software or tech environment, ideally as a Team Lead or Senior Project Manager.
You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
You’re confident with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) and know how to adapt them pragmatically to real-life situations.
You use Jira to lead projects, structure workflows, and run team rituals.
You hold a certification such as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), Prince2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile estimation techniques.
Your natural leadership, pedagogy, and ability to rally teams around a common goal make you a key player in continuous improvement efforts.

Your adventure missions
You will play a strategic cross-functional role within the Customer Care department, driving project practices with a balance of excellence, empathy, and pragmatism.
You will help design, improve, and scale our project methodologies in close collaboration with product, support, and tech teams.
You will support teams in delivering cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and shared learning.
➡️What you’ll be doing :
Champion Agile adoption and continuously improve methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban),
Optimize workflows and lead project rituals using Jira,
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with multidisciplinary teams,
Guide project practices across Customer Care and coach managers on agile maturity,
Structure processes, tools, and KPIs to improve project performance and visibility,
Be a key facilitator and referent across teams (Product, Delivery, Support).
